2/9/2010 - Seasonal and H1N1 (Swine) Flu Vaccines Available:

What: The City of Portland, Health and Human Services Department, Public Health Division has seasonal and H1N1 (swine) flu vaccines available by appointment.

Where:
Appointments can be made at either of the following locations:
1. Portland Community Health Center located at 180 Park Ave in Portland by calling 482-5000.
2. India Street Clinic located at 103 India Street in Portland by calling 874-8446.

Who: Individuals ages 6 months and older.

Cost:
For Seasonal Flu Vaccine: The cost for seasonal flu vaccine is $10. There is no cost for individuals with a Medicare Part B card.

For H1N1 Flu Vaccine: There is no charge to you for H1N1 vaccine, but please bring your insurance card if you have one. People without insurance coverage will not be charged a fee. For children needing a booster, please bring the record of the first dose (first dose should be at least 28 days before the booster).
